📋 Job Overview

This role focuses on game publishing and operations for a self-developed IP 2D project targeting the Japanese market, with emphasis on publishing, branding, and community directions. The position involves strategizing product release and promotion, building brand competitiveness, and managing community engagement to drive user growth and retention. It requires close collaboration with teams to execute marketing activities and optimize operational data for better outcomes.

1.参与制定产品发行及宣发节点策略,负责区域发行计划落地,包括产品测试、预约、上线等宣发运营节点的执行、协作、分析;
2.构建产品竞争力矩阵,深挖不同圈层目标用户诉求,协助产品定位及调性、产品品牌策略的产出;
3.整合资源,完成产品各阶段的宣发推广计划、创意包装方案与落地,负责市场营销活动落地、社群及用户社区管理,并不断优化上述各模块的执行效果;
4.负责搭建产品的同人生他矩阵,负责区域市场的同人社团及相关素材物料的筹备及产出;
5.根据用户行为、市场洞察、运营数据反哺项目,协助团队制定拉新、留存、召回等运营策略,更好实现留存、付费等数据目标。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in formulating product publishing and promotion node strategies, responsible for implementing regional publishing plans, including execution, collaboration, and analysis of product testing, pre-registration, launch, and other promotion operations nodes.
  • Build product competitiveness matrix, deeply explore demands of different user segments, assist in producing product positioning, tone, and brand strategies.
  • Integrate resources to complete promotion plans, creative packaging schemes, and implementation for each product stage; responsible for landing marketing activities, community and user management, and continuously optimizing the execution effects of the above modules.
  • Responsible for building the product's doujin (fan-made) matrix, handling preparation and production of doujin clubs and related materials in the regional market.
  • Based on user behavior, market insights, and operational data, provide feedback to the project, assist the team in formulating strategies for user acquisition, retention, recall, etc., to better achieve data goals for retention and payment.
