📋 Job Overview

The Overseas Promotion Director for the in-development project under the King of Glory IP leads marketing efforts across multiple overseas regions for game preparation, launch, and operations. This role develops integrated marketing strategies for mobile and PC versions to achieve product goals and coordinates various modules like branding, media, content, and PR to execute promotions effectively. The position ensures alignment with game versions and operations while driving user engagement and commercialization targets.

1.负责海外多地区的游戏筹备、上线及运营期的宣发工作,为项目手游、PC等多端版本的整合营销制定行之有效的策略,助力产品目标达成;
2.协调统筹品牌、媒介、内容、公关等各多模块工作,完成宣发的落地执行,对营销结果负责,并保证与版本内容、运营节点的紧密配合,辅助活跃及商业化目标达成;
3.熟练掌握海外社区、内容以及KOL宣发运营手段,持续监控及指导优化区域本地化推广效果;
4.对接不同团队沟通协调(包括但不限于研发团队、各地区发行团队以及BG各支持团队),推动跨团队合作,推进项目发展。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overseas multi-region game preparation, launch, and operational promotion work; formulate effective strategies for integrated marketing of mobile, PC, and multi-end versions to assist in achieving product goals.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-module work including branding, media, content, and PR to complete promotion execution, take responsibility for marketing results, ensure close coordination with version content and operational nodes, and support achievement of activity and commercialization goals.
  • Proficiently master overseas community, content, and KOL promotion operation methods; continuously monitor and guide optimization of regional localization promotion effects.
  • Interface with different teams for communication and coordination (including but not limited to R&D teams, regional publishing teams, and BG support teams), promote cross-team collaboration, and advance project development.
