2.根据项目特色与内部平台进行合作构思活动并跟进执行，对活动形式进行持续优化，利用平台资源优化提升活动效果；
3.把控游戏各个事件节点的运营节奏，推动平台运营计划的实施并定期汇报平台运营状况，共同完成项目目标；
4.保证渠道良好合作关系，挖掘新型合作机会，协调和解决执行中出现的问题，及跨部门的沟通协调；
5.能够积极参与各个创新性专项应用，能够输出自己的方法论和运营经验。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the relatively independent product design, development, and maintenance of IP games; design, development, and maintenance of the product management side.
- Conceive activities in collaboration with internal platforms based on project characteristics and follow up on execution, continuously optimize activity formats, and utilize platform resources to enhance activity effectiveness.
- Control the operational rhythm of various game event nodes, promote the implementation of platform operational plans, regularly report on platform operational status, and jointly achieve project goals.
- Ensure good channel cooperation relationships, explore new collaboration opportunities, coordinate and resolve issues arising in execution, and handle cross-departmental communication and coordination.
- Actively participate in various innovative special applications, and output one's own methodologies and operational experiences.
