2.对优秀的武器表现，手感/角色操控流畅度/职业设计等效果落地负责，为角色/武器策划提供工具和效果标杆；
3.攻坚3A级射击产品的的3C效果，对标顶尖竞品进行设计拆解，独立完成标杆的打造和验证，完成3C品质的升级；
4.根据测试、CE、运营的数据和反馈，归因和改良相应内容，持续迭代，推进制作流程和管线工作。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide intuitive, responsive, and tactical 3C experiences for a realistic tactical first-person shooter game.
- Responsible for landing effects on excellent weapon performance, feel/control fluency, and profession design, providing tools and benchmarks for character/weapon planning.
- Tackle 3C effects for AAA-level shooter products, benchmark against top competitors for design analysis, independently build and verify benchmarks, and upgrade 3C quality.
- Analyze and improve content based on testing, CE, operations data and feedback, continuously iterate, and advance production processes and pipelines.
