1.负责《金铲铲之战》游戏内商城以及其他商业化系统的日常运营和拓展建设工作,跟进商业化内容投放和相应素材制作,优化销售系统基建和能力建设,并持续优化其表现;
2.结合业务目标,针对日常运营和特殊节点,策划高参与度和高转化的互动销售活动(如裂变,任务,抽奖等)。主导销售活动的全流程管理,包括需求调研、方案设计、执行落地、效果评估、持续迭代和活动在不同场景和节点的应用,提升玩家体验和收入表现;
3.负责日常现网运营和数据监控,跟踪并分析销售活动和商业化系统效果,基于数据分析和用户反馈进行有效迭代和优化;
4.熟悉游戏研发管线,能同多个合作方和渠道展开有效合作,把控项目商业化资源的投放和使用,最大化资源投放收益;
5.关注竞品和行业运营趋势状况,积极了解用户需求,结合用户洞察,提出有竞争力的销售创新方案,建立销售能力沉淀和方法论。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily operations and expansion of in-game mall and other commercialization systems, following up on content deployment and material production, optimizing sales system infrastructure and capabilities, and continuously improving performance
  • Based on business goals, plan high-engagement and high-conversion interactive sales activities (such as fission, tasks, lotteries, etc.) for daily operations and special nodes. Lead the full-process management of sales activities, including requirements research, scheme design, execution, effect evaluation, continuous iteration, and application in different scenarios and nodes to enhance player experience and revenue performance
  • Responsible for daily live network operations and data monitoring, tracking and analyzing the effects of sales activities and commercialization systems, and conducting effective iteration and optimization based on data analysis and user feedback
