1.作为大客户销售,负责智慧交通(铁路、港口、民航、轨道交通)与智慧物流(快递/货运/跨境物流/物流科技)等行业目标客户开发、维护、跟进,并达成制定的销售指标;
2.深入洞察客户业务需求,结合腾讯云产品、大数据、AI以及腾讯内部各类资源,挖掘并发现腾讯与客户之间商业机会结合点,提供专业的云计算、大数据或AI等解决方案,有效匹配客户场景与业务目标;
3.建立并维护长期稳定的客户关系,推动项目落地与客户成功,持续提升客户满意度与复购意愿;
4.协调内外部资源,统筹项目推进与交付流程,确保项目高质量按期交付;
5.定期总结销售进展与市场动态,为业务决策提供有效输入。

  • Develop, maintain, and follow up on target clients in smart transportation and smart logistics industries to achieve sales targets.
  • Deeply understand client business needs, combine Tencent Cloud products, big data, AI, and internal resources to discover commercial opportunities and provide professional cloud, big data, or AI solutions that match client scenarios and goals.
  • Establish and maintain long-term stable client relationships, promote project implementation and client success, and continuously improve client satisfaction and repurchase willingness.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, manage project advancement and delivery processes to ensure high-quality on-time delivery.
  • Regularly summarize sales progress and market dynamics, providing effective input for business decisions.
