1.负责西南地区医药企业的大客户销售工作,制定并执行区域销售策略;
2.开拓新客户,深入理解客户需求,制定精准的客户拓展策略,挖掘腾讯云基础产品(Iaas/Paas/SaaS)和行业产品(NGES/腾讯医典/腾讯药箱等)的潜在商机,完成既定销售业绩目标;
3.维护存量客户关系,确保历史合作项目的顺利续签,推动多产品持续渗透,打造具有示范效应的行业成功案例;
4.协同组织客户参与各类市场活动,通过活动提升腾讯健康在客户侧的品牌知名度和影响力;
5.维持与行业标杆客户的长期稳定合作关系,提供专业的技术咨询服务,持续提升标杆客户的满意度、活跃度及推荐意愿;
6.协同标杆客户策划并执行各类大型市场活动,负责所在区域的行业圈层运营,有效推广腾讯智慧医疗解决方案,扩大市场覆盖。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for large client sales in the Southwest region's pharmaceutical enterprises, formulating and executing regional sales strategies.
  • Develop new clients, deeply understand customer needs, create precise expansion strategies, explore potential business opportunities in Tencent Cloud basic products (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and industry products (NGES/Tencent Medical Encyclopedia/Tencent Medicine Box, etc.), and achieve set sales performance targets.
  • Maintain existing client relationships, ensure smooth renewal of historical cooperation projects, promote continuous penetration of multiple products, and create industry success cases with demonstrative effects.
  • Collaborate with the organization to engage clients in various market activities, enhancing Tencent Health's brand awareness and influence on the client side through these activities.
  • Maintain long-term stable cooperation with industry benchmark clients, provide professional technical consulting services, and continuously improve benchmark clients' satisfaction, activity, and willingness to recommend.
  • Collaborate with benchmark clients to plan and execute various large-scale market activities, manage industry circle operations in the region, effectively promote Tencent's smart medical solutions, and expand market coverage.
