📋 Job Overview
The IP Authorization Manager role for KPL (King Pro League) under the New Star Gravity Plan involves managing IP partnerships and collaborations to maximize the commercial value of the King of Glory esports IP. Key responsibilities include sourcing and negotiating with partners, overseeing project delivery, and handling the planning and supervision of derivative merchandise. This position requires a keen eye for aesthetics and sensitivity to trends to ensure high-quality IP extensions.

2.结合合作方需求与KPL（王者荣耀职业联赛）IP核心价值，资源统筹与组织推进团队内外部沟通，确保IP授权合作项目按计划交付，实现IP商业价值与合作方目标双赢；
3.有出色的审美能力，对潮流风向有敏感度。负责KPL自有IP衍生商品的策划和监修，与合作方进行产品生产沟通、计划节点把控，并不断对产品设计进行优化。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Based on KPL IP positioning and value, proactively identify and screen suitable partners, develop partner development strategies, build and maintain a high-quality partner resource library, identify collaboration opportunities, provide collaboration recommendations, and advance business negotiations.
- Combine partner needs with KPL IP core values, coordinate resources, organize and promote internal and external team communications to ensure IP authorization projects are delivered on schedule, achieving win-win outcomes for IP commercial value and partner goals.
- With outstanding aesthetic ability and sensitivity to fashion trends, responsible for planning and supervising KPL's own IP derivative products, communicating with partners on product production, controlling project timelines, and continuously optimizing product designs.
