📋 Job Overview
The IP Authorization Manager for KPL (King Pro League) focuses on leveraging the league's IP to identify and secure partnerships. The role involves developing strategies for collaborators, managing negotiations, and ensuring successful project delivery to maximize commercial value. Additionally, it includes overseeing the planning and supervision of KPL's own derivative products, from concept to production optimization.

2.结合合作方需求与KPL（王者荣耀职业联赛）IP核心价值，资源统筹与组织推进团队内外部沟通，确保IP授权合作项目按计划交付，实现IP商业价值与合作方目标双赢；
3.负责KPL自有IP衍生商品的策划和监修，熟悉常见品类制作工艺、材质特点，把控整体视觉风格及调性，与合作方进行产品生产沟通、计划节点把控，并不断对产品线进行优化。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Based on KPL IP positioning and value, actively identify and screen suitable partners, formulate partner development strategies, establish and maintain a high-quality partner resource library, advance business negotiations, and achieve IP authorization collaborations.
- Combine partner needs with KPL IP core value, coordinate resources, organize and promote internal and external team communications, ensure IP authorization projects are delivered on schedule, and realize mutual wins for IP commercial value and partner goals.
- Responsible for planning and supervising KPL's own IP derivative products, familiar with common product category production processes and material characteristics, control overall visual style and tone, communicate with partners on product production, manage project timelines, and continuously optimize the product line.
