Job Responsibilities
1.服务于海内外游戏产品的广告营销、内容创意;
2.独立对接品牌或产品侧的项目需求,并主导完成创意策划方案;
3.指导外部供应商推进创意内容的执行落地:包括视频广告、角色版本PV、线下活动展会、等一系列campaign创意;
4.在游戏研发早期参与讨论,从营销创意和内容创意的角度给予专业建议;

岗位要求
1.三年以上广告、游戏或相关行业创意岗位工作经验;
2.较强的理解力和优秀的沟通能力,能与品牌及产品相关人员协作理清项目需求;
3.了解营销策略与方法,在前期能为营销项目把握创意方向;
4.能针对游戏的营销节奏和版本内容,创造有市场辨识度的优秀创意,并具备良好的项目推动力和把控力,保证创意的执行落地;
5.有良好的美术功底及多媒体专业能力,对广告、影视、动画、设计有独特的见解,并能积极探索创新的创意形式和内容;
6.拥有丰富的二次元、或主机类游戏领域的相关知识,熟悉国内外游戏领域的业态、趋势和发展;
7.对于二次元、或主机类游戏玩家有深入的了解和敏锐洞察,帮助游戏产品沟通目标用户;
8.有海外项目背景、外语能力、或有丰富品类游戏经验者优先。

  • Serve advertising marketing and content creation for domestic and international game products
  • Independently interface with brand or product-side project needs and lead the completion of creative planning schemes
  • Guide external suppliers in advancing the execution and implementation of creative content, including video ads, character version PVs, offline activity exhibitions, and other campaign creatives
  • Participate in discussions during the early stages of game development, providing professional advice from the perspective of marketing creativity and content creativity
