📋 Job Overview
The Game UI Designer for the NBA2K series at Tencent is responsible for creating visual designs for basketball PC game interfaces, including main and functional screens, along with icon and prop UI elements. The role involves establishing UI design norms for consistency, collaborating closely with planning and development teams for high-fidelity implementation, and managing outsourced UI tasks to ensure quality and project alignment. 2.设计游戏内各类图标、道具UI及宣传美术素材，确保视觉效果符合游戏整体风格；
3.制定并执行统一的UI设计规范，保证不同界面与模块间视觉风格的一致性；
4.深度参与界面设计实现的全流程，与游戏策划、程序开发团队紧密协作，确保设计方案的高还原度与落地效果；
5.负责UI外包任务的管理与验收，把控外包设计质量与进度，确保符合项目需求。

- 负责篮球端游的游戏界面视觉设计，包括主界面、功能界面等，并完成切图与重构工作
- 设计游戏内各类图标、道具UI及宣传美术素材，确保视觉效果符合游戏整体风格
- 制定并执行统一的UI设计规范，保证不同界面与模块间视觉风格的一致性
- 深度参与界面设计实现的全流程，与游戏策划、程序开发团队紧密协作，确保设计方案的高还原度与落地效果
- 负责UI外包任务的管理与验收，把控外包设计质量与进度，确保符合项目需求
