This role focuses on supporting WeChat keyboard-related business by implementing LLM technology in input method products. 2.负责微信输入法以大模型为核心的技术迭代，包括预训练、后训练（RL）、知识注入、个性化、检索增强等核心技术，提升拼音转文字、文字联想、个性化等智能水准及长期用户输入体验；
3.探索面向高并发场景下（千万量级）的高效模型架构设计及服务于云侧/端侧的推理infra技术，提供快与准的交互体验；
4.前沿技术方向的追踪及跟进。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Support WeChat keyboard-related business and implement LLM technology in input method products.
- Drive technical iterations for WeChat Input Method centered on large models, including pre-training, post-training (RL), knowledge injection, personalization, retrieval augmentation, etc., to improve pinyin-to-text conversion, text association, personalization, and long-term user input experience.
- Explore efficient model architecture designs for high-concurrency scenarios (tens of millions level) and inference infrastructure technologies for cloud-side/end-side, providing fast and accurate interaction experiences.
- Track and follow up on frontier technology directions.
