📋 Job Overview
The Senior Animator position in the OG2 project team focuses on combat animation for Tencent's game development. Responsibilities include designing and producing various combat actions, prototyping with quick hand keying, guiding motion capture sessions, refining data for enhanced feel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate animations into Unreal Engine. The role ensures that final animations deliver the intended hand feel, performance, and design vision in the game version.

2.以快速手K原型进行动作意图与节奏探索，形成风格基线与金样；
3.基于前期设计，现场引导演员把握力度、节奏与重心；
4.基于动捕数据，进行二次手K强化节奏感、打击感、可读性，艺术张力等；
5.与策划、程序、TA、镜头、音效协作，推动在UE引擎内的稳定落地与体验优化；
6.关注动作最终在版本中落地的整体手感，表现与设计思路匹配。

- 负责战斗类动作设计与制作：包含徒手近战、远程武器技能、特殊移动等
- 以快速手K原型进行动作意图与节奏探索，形成风格基线与金样
