岗位职责
 Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with key gaming platforms and partners, supporting daily communications and operational tasks.
Support game release and submission processes under supervision, ensuring smooth coordination with platforms while learning platform policies and requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams (development, operation, marketing, branding, analytics) to collect and relay platform requirements, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Conduct market and competitor research, preparing basic reports to support business and strategic decisions.
Assist in executing promotional and advertising initiatives, including asset preparation, coordination, and campaign performance tracking.
Support optimization of game visibility across digital storefronts and partner programs, including content updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives.
Foster growth through data-driven decisions and creative problem-solving.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in business development, operations, marketing, or analytics (internships included), with some familiarity with the gaming industry.
Strong passion for gaming, especially PC and console, with awareness of player communities and platform trends.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Proactive, eager to learn, with strong execution skills; able to handle multiple tasks under pressure and deliver results.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin and English; Japanese is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in console or PC game releasing and merchandising processes.
Familiarity with digital advertising, retail distribution, or channel promotion.
Basic data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel or BI tools; SQL/Python skills are a plus.
