仕事内容/What the Role Entails
1.负责区域的社区生态的从0到1搭建与战略规划，制定并执行官方账号（如Discord, X, Youtube等）的内容定位与运营策略；2.能够策划并统筹面向区域玩家的社区内容、活动及版本预热方案，有效引导用户期待，为游戏上线前的用户积累负责；
3.负责各个社群的日常运营，包括设定社群基调、规划内容推送、与用户进行互动等，提升社群活跃度等各项综合指标；
4.深入洞察ACG用户群体，建立并运营核心玩家社群，管理区域社区的舆论与用户反馈，并能快速响应和处理各类舆情问题；
5.建立社区数据评估体系，持续追踪运营效果，基于数据洞察驱动运营策略迭代，提升用户活跃度与社区健康度。

1.本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏社区或内容运营经验，有成功的二次元/ACG游戏经验者优先；2.日语母语水平，英语或中文能作为工作交流语言；

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Build and strategically plan the regional community ecosystem from 0 to 1, formulate and execute content positioning and operation strategies for official accounts (e.g., Discord, X, YouTube)
- Plan and coordinate community content, activities, and version preheating schemes for regional players, effectively guide user expectations, and accumulate users before game launch
- Handle daily operations of various communities, including setting community tone, planning content pushes, interacting with users, and improving comprehensive metrics like community activity
- Deeply understand ACG user groups, establish and operate core player communities, manage regional community opinions and user feedback, and quickly respond to and handle various public opinion issues
- Establish a community data evaluation system, continuously track operation effects, drive operation strategy iterations based on data insights, and improve user activity and community health
