岗位职责
负责游戏产品在全球市场的网红宣传及内容营销工作。分析目标市场用户对内容需求,制定KOL整体策略、方案以及内容运营方案;
撬动全球网红、MCN、主流平台渠道资源,策划宣传方案并负责执行落地,确保活动目标与项目目标一致,最终对产品新增和活跃负责;
探索并搭建海外游戏KOL生态体系,并不断挖掘高潜力KOL进行重点培育,并基于多项目的实践不断迭代优化;
与合作团队、渠道伙伴、区域团队做密切的合作沟通,拓展内容分发渠道,发掘新兴推广手段等。
 

岗位要求
3年及以上工作经验,有丰富的游戏经验,有网红推广、视频、直播、同人等内容创作经验者优先;
有敏锐的游戏和娱乐触觉,善于捕捉创新形式和内容话题热点; 具有良好的运营意识,较强的逻辑思维能力与数据分析能力;
熟悉海外各类型的网红培养及内容形式,以及海外内容平台平台等,能独立完成推广策划案及实施;有北美网红管理经验优先。
熟悉YouTube、Twitch、Instagram、Facebook、Twitter、Tiktok等平台玩法和推荐机制者更佳;
有较强的抗压能力及自我驱动能力,有极强的工作责任心和团队合作精神。

  • Responsible for influencer promotion and content marketing of game products in global markets. Analyze target market user content needs, formulate overall KOL strategies, plans, and content operation plans
  • Leverage global influencers, MCNs, mainstream platform channel resources, plan promotion schemes and be responsible for execution and implementation, ensure activity goals align with project goals, ultimately responsible for product acquisition and activity
  • Explore and build overseas game KOL ecosystem, continuously discover high-potential KOLs for key nurturing, and iteratively optimize based on multi-project practices
  • Close cooperation and communication with partner teams, channel partners, regional teams to expand content distribution channels and discover emerging promotion methods
