This role focuses on technical planning for UGC gameplay in PUBG Mobile under the New Star Gravity Plan. The position involves analyzing and enhancing the editor for creating popular UGC content, designing content production pipelines, and ensuring high-quality delivery. It requires deep gameplay experience and collaboration with teams to optimize efficiency and fun in user-generated content.

2.对具体UGC玩法进行深入体验，并从玩法设计的角度分析其核心乐趣，输出分析报告，对最终制作出的玩法的体验负责；
3.参与OGC、PGC内容制作管线的设计，分析并解决管线实际遇到的效能问题；
4.协助管理子岗、外包同事进行内容制作，对内容制作管线的产能与交付品质负责。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 结合当前编辑器现状，服务于具体UGC热门玩法内容的制作，拆解缺失的编辑器功能需求，并跟进开发落地
- 对具体UGC玩法进行深入体验，并从玩法设计的角度分析其核心乐趣，输出分析报告，对最终制作出的玩法的体验负责
- 参与OGC、PGC内容制作管线的设计，分析并解决管线实际遇到的效能问题
- 协助管理子岗、外包同事进行内容制作，对内容制作管线的产能与交付品质负责
