The QQ Publisher Product Planner (AI) role focuses on enhancing the QQ space platform through user insights and AI-driven innovations. Responsibilities include analyzing user behaviors to tailor content strategies, integrating AIGC tools to simplify content creation and boost UGC, and using data to iterate on product features for better engagement. This position aims to optimize the entire user journey from creation to social interaction using advanced analytics and experimentation.

2.用户洞察与需求挖掘。构建QQ空间用户分层模型,通过大数据分析精准定位不同代际核心群体的差异化内容消费与发布需求,基于用户生命周期行为数据,识别「从内容创作到社交互动」的关键体验环节,设计用户心智干预策略;
3.社交体验创新。在持续优化和打磨核心发布路径的基础上,结合AIGC的能力,为用户的日常表达与社交互动提供更方便、更有趣的AI工具,降低创作门槛,提升用户UGC的整体发布规模;
4.数据驱动产品迭代。建立用户体验量化体系,主导全链路AB实验,从功能交互(如发布按钮位置)到情感化设计巧思(如气泡动效),从内容发布的社交分享率到互动率,都需要保持数据敏感,通过数据验证最优解决方案。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • User insights and demand mining: Build QQ space user segmentation models, use big data analysis to precisely identify differentiated content consumption and publishing needs of core generational groups, based on user lifecycle behavior data, identify key experience links from 'content creation to social interaction', and design user mindset intervention strategies.
  • Social experience innovation: On the basis of continuously optimizing and polishing the core publishing path, combine AIGC capabilities to provide more convenient and interesting AI tools for users' daily expression and social interaction, lower the creation threshold, and elevate the overall publishing scale of user UGC.
  • Data-driven product iteration: Establish a user experience quantification system, lead full-link AB experiments, from function interactions (such as publish button position) to emotional design ingenuity (such as bubble animations), from content publishing's social sharing rate to interaction rate, maintain data sensitivity, and verify optimal solutions through data.
