2.主导平台运营活动的策划与执行，制定符合用户需求的活动，包括但不限于版本更新、节日活动、用户激励等，确保运营目标达成；
3.根据运营需求，协调内外部资源，协同策划、市场、渠道、游戏运营等模块，共同完成活跃目标；
4.监控核心指标，优化活动策略，完成活动复盘报告，提炼成功经验与改进点，驱动后续策略迭代；
5.搭建运营标准化流程，包括营销能力搭建、活动日历规划、流程管理机制、风险预案等，提升团队协同效率。
