2.负责UGC生态体系构建，搭建内容审核与风控机制，包括但不限于创作者运营、本土化审核、推动开发AI辅助工具等；
3.Roblox本地化落地执行，并推动Roblox产品在中国的创新合作，如教育领域创新应用等。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Complete the planning and publishing of Roblox's localization in China, leading or deeply participating in the formulation and implementation of the China region's product roadmap.
- Responsible for building the UGC ecosystem, establishing content review and risk control mechanisms, including but not limited to creator operations, localization reviews, and promoting the development of AI-assisted tools.
- Execute Roblox localization implementation and promote innovative collaborations for Roblox products in China, such as innovative applications in the education field.

Salary
180,000 - 360,000 CNY / yearly
