1.负责财务相关模块(如FP&A、总账、预算费控等)的专项方案设计,深入理解集团财务管控要求与海外公司业务实践,独立开展业务调研并精准诊断财务流程优化点,输出可落地的改善方案;
2.具备将复杂业务需求转化为清晰系统需求的能力,独立完成方案设计文档的专业编写,确保需求逻辑与业务目标高度匹配;
3.主导或深度参与财务解决方案的全生命周期管理,包括系统配置、用户验收测试(UAT)、用户培训及上线支持等关键环节,保障设计理念精准落地并达成预期效果;
4.持续跟踪行业最佳实践,结合企业实际业务场景独立思考,创新性提出适配海外财经环境解决方案;
5.独立负责小型项目或大项目中的核心子模块全流程管理,涵盖项目计划制定、任务拆解、跨部门资源协调、进度动态跟踪及风险前瞻性控制;
6.建立标准化沟通与汇报机制,定期向项目核心干系人精准同步进展,主动识别潜在风险并推动高效解决,确保项目目标一致性;
7.凭借优秀的协同能力串联业务部门、IT技术团队及外部合作伙伴,统筹多方资源保障项目在预算范围内按时高质量交付;
8.高质量完成项目蓝图规划、实施方案设计、测试案例编写、培训手册编制等关键文档,主动沉淀经验并进行内部知识共享与团队能力赋能。

  • Manage project plans, task decomposition, resource coordination, progress monitoring, and proactive risk control
  • Establish communication and reporting mechanisms, synchronize progress with stakeholders, identify and resolve risks
  • Coordinate resources across business, IT, and partners to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Produce key documents such as project blueprints, implementation plans, test cases, and training manuals, and share knowledge internally
