1.负责财务相关模块（如FP&A、总账、预算费控等）的专项方案设计，深入理解集团财务管控要求与海外公司业务实践，独立开展业务调研并精准诊断财务流程优化点，输出可落地的改善方案；
2.具备将复杂业务需求转化为清晰系统需求的能力，独立完成方案设计文档的专业编写，确保需求逻辑与业务目标高度匹配；
3.主导或深度参与财务解决方案的全生命周期管理，包括系统配置、用户验收测试（UAT）、用户培训及上线支持等关键环节，保障设计理念精准落地并达成预期效果；
4.持续跟踪行业最佳实践，结合企业实际业务场景独立思考，创新性提出适配海外财经环境解决方案；
5.独立负责小型项目或大项目中的核心子模块全流程管理，涵盖项目计划制定、任务拆解、跨部门资源协调、进度动态跟踪及风险前瞻性控制；
6.建立标准化沟通与汇报机制，定期向项目核心干系人精准同步进展，主动识别潜在风险并推动高效解决，确保项目目标一致性；
7.凭借优秀的协同能力串联业务部门、IT技术团队及外部合作伙伴，统筹多方资源保障项目在预算范围内按时高质量交付；
