2.负责与投资子公司有关的合并抵销、并购重组等账务处理，协同子公司财务部和总部相关团队一同持续优化单家账务和合并抵消流程；
3.参与集团合并报表的编制，并对其负责的合并报表科目进行复核和分析；
4.参与准备集团上市公告及定期报告，编制相关附注及对披露数据进行复核，同时与重点子公司沟通管理其对外披露。

- 统筹对接境内外投资子公司及时报送月度报表及财务资料，掌握子公司的主要业务发展动态，进行报表复核及关键财务数据分析
- 负责与投资子公司有关的合并抵销、并购重组等账务处理，协同子公司财务部和总部相关团队一同持续优化单家账务和合并抵消流程
- 参与集团合并报表的编制，并对其负责的合并报表科目进行复核和分析
- 参与准备集团上市公告及定期报告，编制相关附注及对披露数据进行复核，同时与重点子公司沟通管理其对外披露
