What the Role Entails
Advise Tencent’s game business teams on legal and business issues.
Negotiate, draft, and review IP licensing agreements, service agreements, advertising agreements and other general commercial agreements.
Ensure compliance with US, European, and other international laws and regulations dealing with gaming and intellectual property.
Cooperate with other Tencent attorneys based in Asia, Europe and the US.
Manage outside counsels.
Who We Look For
Education: Juris Doctor, LLM, or Chinese law degree.
Strong transactional and technology licensing experience.
3+ years’ work experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Admitted to relevant bar.
Working Language: Mandarin Chinese and English.
