Solution Design:
Communicate technical solution designs with customers.
Collaborate with sales to discuss budgets and requirements, delivering tailored product configurations.
Plan and design integrated cloud solutions, addressing industry pain points with competitive functionalities and technical features.
Assist the presales/sales team in project follow-ups, identifying and mitigating product and service risks during the bidding process.
Channel Support:
Provide cloud guidance and training for local channel development.
Assist channel sales and presales teams with project follow-ups, delivering standard solutions.
Requirement Tracking:
Act as a liaison between customers and product managers, aligning customer product requirements and features with the local market.
