About the Hiring Team
Business Development Department is dedicated to fostering connections between Tencent and top-tier game developers worldwide, catering to a diverse network of over 100 global investment partners and developers. Our primary objective is to enhance Tencent's global presence in the internet ecosystem as well as gaming sector, identifying business prospects and supporting investment partners in achieving sustainable growth. We are actively seeking exceptional talent globally to join our dynamic team. By building a strong global talent network, we aim to strengthen and expand Tencent's partnerships with more partners worldwide while nurturing high-quality games for the market.

What the Role Entails
1. Monitor and evaluates implementation of strategic initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
4. Evaluate internal capabilities and resources to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, and support business case development.

Who We Look For
1. Minimum of 3 years’ work experience; previous background in game dev / publishing / ad network or private equity, venture capital, with strong passion in gaming is preferred.
2. Strong knowledge and deep insights into the casual games genre, particularly in Turkey and overseas markets.
3.Proven capability in market engagement within the casual genre and direct interactions with leading teams.
4. Hands on experience in research & tracking of the casual games genre, analysis of regional teams, and investment 
project evaluation is a strong plus
5. Familiarity with the traffic/UA-driven business model and return-on-investment logic, with relevant professional experience preferred.
6. Strong gaming industry network and proven business development capabilities is preferred.
