Source, engage, and build relationships with both active and passive candidates through creative sourcing strategies and the development of talent pipelines.
Conduct local market research to stay ahead of hiring trends, market practices, and talent availability, and provide actionable insights to the business to inform recruitment strategy.

Who We Look For
Bachelors degree with 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the technology, gaming, or entertainment industries.
Professional Fluency in Japanese, Mandarin Chinese and/or English.
Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments, with experience filling specialized or hard-to-recruit roles.
Detail-oriented, results-driven, with strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new markets, and work autonomously in a global context.
