📋 Job Overview
The Role Concept Design Expert for 'Honor of Kings World' is responsible for defining and establishing artistic standards for character styles, key roles, and group forces in the project. This position involves collaborating with product teams to develop and document visual guidelines, participating in the full design process from concept to implementation, and reviewing outsourced artwork. Additionally, the role includes mentoring new team members, sharing expertise, and continuously exploring innovative design directions.

2.配合产品与项目要求制定角色美术风格，总结和输出美术风格的设计标准；
3.参与角色从前期到落地全流程的设计工作，审核外包提交的原画设计稿；
4.积累和共享原画设计经验，编写课件并培养新人，分享设计经验；
5.能持续探索角色设计风格与方向。

- Cooperate with product and project requirements to formulate character art styles, summarize and output design standards for art styles
- Participate in the full process of character design from early stages to implementation, review original design drafts submitted by outsourcing
- Accumulate and share original design experiences, create training materials and mentor newcomers, share design insights
- Continuously explore character design styles and directions
