3.统筹团队分工与协作，制定版本目标和迭代计划，协调组员和其他团队推动方案落地，保障版本的交付质量；
4.持续挖掘产品的核心痛点，紧跟行业动态，洞察玩家需求和市场动向，敏捷迭代产品内容和质量；
5.与程序、美术团队紧密配合，推动玩法机制、数值设计、美术包装、实机表现的的完整落地。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of in-game systems such as infrastructure, gameplay, social, and economy; establish system frameworks and control numerical balance to ensure version stability.
- Drive the production of gameplay modes, including rules, mechanics, combat balance, and growth systems, ensuring fun, depth, and social virality potential to enhance user stickiness.
- Coordinate team division of labor and collaboration, set version goals and iteration plans, align with other teams to implement schemes, and guarantee delivery quality.
- Continuously identify core product pain points, follow industry trends, insight into player needs and market dynamics, and agilely iterate product content and quality.
- Closely collaborate with programming and art teams to fully implement gameplay mechanics, numerical design, art packaging, and in-game performance.
