2.对上云使用过程中出现的需求进行管理，对上云问题进行分析排查及解决；
3.对用户上云涉及到项目进行管理、推进，并保证最终项目上云的顺利完成；
4.深入了解客户业务架构，为客户赋能，驱动运维能力升级、容灾能力升级等；
5.推进项目实施以及解决方案可复制，推动跨部门合作，推动架构和产品优化；
6.不断沉淀公有云交付的经验，完成交付流程标准化、规范化建设，实现交付质量、效率提升，降低交付实施成本。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Provide scheme planning and technical support for customers' cloud migration, offering feasible solutions to ensure smooth business transition to the cloud.
- Manage demands arising during cloud usage, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud-related issues.
- Manage and advance cloud migration projects, ensuring their successful completion.
- Deeply understand customer business architectures, empower clients, and drive upgrades in operations, maintenance, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Promote project implementation and replicable solutions, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, and drive architecture and product optimization.
- Continuously accumulate public cloud delivery experience, standardize and normalize delivery processes to improve quality and efficiency while reducing implementation costs.
