🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical R&D management of shooting games, formulating and following up on pipeline plans to ensure project milestones are completed on schedule with high quality.
- Responsible for resource coordination in the game and ensuring collaborative work and information synchronization among project stakeholders.
- Able to promptly identify and track solutions to issues in self-developed game projects, and effectively manage project risks.
- Drive process optimization and knowledge precipitation in the project team to improve R&D efficiency and manage project risks.

Salary
250,000 - 450,000 CNY / yearly
