- Provide technical support to transportation industry KA sales, including product introductions, technical exchanges, and solution design
- Deeply analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions for areas such as airlines, rail, highways, and urban traffic
- Maintain close communication with customers to ensure project progress and effective technical support
- Participate in industry exchange activities to understand industry dynamics and enhance personal professional abilities

- Relevant experience in pre-sales or technical support roles in the transportation industry
- Background in cloud computing or IT solutions for sectors like aviation, rail, highways, or urban traffic
