📋 Job Overview

This role involves serving as a major account sales manager for Tencent's Smart Industry Division, focusing on industries such as agriculture, beverages, furniture and home decoration, and hotel and cultural tourism. The position requires expanding and deepening client relationships, developing sales strategies aligned with Tencent Cloud and big data capabilities, and achieving sales targets. Key efforts include building industry ecosystems, promoting benchmark cases, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction to enhance Tencent's market influence.

1.作为大客户销售,负责所属行业客户(农业/酒水/家具家装/酒店文旅等)的拓展和深耕,负责目标客户的开发、维护、跟进,并达成制定的销售指标;
2.根据行业业务场景,结合腾讯云产品能力、大数据能力以及腾讯内部各类资源,挖掘并发现腾讯与客户之间商业机会结合点;
3.整合腾讯内部资源、能力,形成大客户全域营销解决方案,并进一步推进行业标杆案例的建设;
4.以行业标杆案例为契机,在农业、酒水、家具家装、酒旅行业内推广腾讯的解决方案,以推动腾讯在行业的影响力及市场占比;
5.以农业、酒水、家具家装、智慧酒旅为依托,构建农业、酒水智慧家居、智慧酒旅行业的商业生态版图,引入并管理各类合作伙伴,构建智慧家居、智慧酒旅商业生态;
6.关注客户需求,了解客户动态,做好客户长期维护和动态管理,保持行业样本客户的满意度、活跃度和推荐意愿。并协同标杆客户组织各类大型的市场活动,借以推广腾讯的智慧家居、智慧酒旅解决方案。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for expanding and deepening client relationships in specified industries (agriculture, beverages, furniture/home decor, hotel/cultural tourism), including target client development, maintenance, follow-up, and achieving sales targets.
  • Identify commercial opportunities between Tencent and clients by combining industry business scenarios with Tencent Cloud products, big data capabilities, and internal resources.
  • Integrate internal Tencent resources to form comprehensive marketing solutions for major clients and promote the construction of industry benchmark cases.
  • Promote Tencent's solutions within the industries using benchmark cases to drive influence and market share.
  • Build commercial ecosystems in agriculture, beverages, smart home, and smart tourism by introducing and managing partners.
  • Monitor client needs and dynamics, ensure long-term maintenance and management, maintain satisfaction, activity, and referral willingness of key clients, and collaborate on large-scale market activities to promote solutions.
