📋 Job Overview

The Marketing Manager for 2D Anime Games at Tencent is responsible for overseeing brand and marketing planning, execution, and analysis throughout the full lifecycle of new anime-style game products in the domestic server region. This role involves developing creative packaging schemes, optimizing execution effects, and conducting market insights and user research to build product competitiveness. 1.在二次元新品的产品全生命周期负责国服地区的品牌及营销企划、落地、执行、分析等工作,完成产品各阶段的创意包装方案与落地,不断优化执行效果;
2.通过行业洞察、市场分析、品类用户深度研究相关工作,构建产品竞争力逻辑矩阵,深挖不同圈层的目标用户诉求,通过结构性的内容输出、与产品研发项目组紧密协作,以营销思维反哺项目,更好实现项目目标;
3.负责市场预算管理以及立项验收评估等工作。

  • Manage brand and marketing planning, execution, and analysis for new 2D anime products throughout their full lifecycle in the domestic region, completing creative packaging schemes and optimizing execution effects at each stage.
  • Conduct industry insights, market analysis, and in-depth user research for product categories to build a competitiveness logic matrix, deeply explore target user needs across different communities, and collaborate closely with product development teams using marketing perspectives to support project goals.
  • Handle market budget management and project initiation acceptance evaluations.
