The Animation Technical Artist position at Tencent Games under the New Star Gravity Plan focuses on enhancing animation pipelines for game development. 1.准确理解工作需求,创建和维护概述动画需求的技术文档,包括游戏内3C标准、效果打磨、工具应用等;
2.深入钻研角色动画全链路创作,处理DCC及引擎内的角色定制化、动画资源使用、角色蓝图、动画蓝图设计与物理模拟(布料/刚体)等功能的设置,根据游戏限制,实现并改进当前的制作管线;
3.与美术、程序、AI算法紧密合作,参与技术分析和工具开发,解决制作层面的痛点,持续推动管线的智能化建设。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately understand work requirements and create/maintain technical documents for animation needs, including in-game 3C standards, effect polishing, and tool applications.
  • Deeply research the full chain of role animation creation, handling customized roles in DCC and engines, animation resource usage, role blueprints, animation blueprint design, and physical simulations (cloth/rigid body), while implementing and improving production pipelines based on game constraints.
  • Closely collaborate with art, programming, and AI algorithm teams, participate in technical analysis and tool development, solve production pain points, and continuously promote the intelligent construction of pipelines.

  • Proficiency in DCC tools and game engines for animation workflows.
  • Knowledge of animation blueprints, physical simulations (cloth and rigid body).
  • Experience in technical documentation and pipeline optimization.
