4.学术研究与前沿探索：跟踪多模态领域的最新研究进展，参与学术会议和期刊论文的发表，提升团队在领域内的学术影响力。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct frontier algorithm research and development for multimodal large models, including multimodal pre-training, cross-modal alignment, multimodal understanding and generation, embodied intelligence, and other tasks to develop industry-leading models.
- Participate in training and optimization of multimodal large models, exploring efficient training strategies and model architectures to enhance performance.
- Drive the application of multimodal large models in real business scenarios, solving technical challenges to improve business efficiency and user experience.
- Track the latest research progress in the multimodal field, participate in academic conferences and journal publications to enhance the team's academic influence.
