📋 Job Overview

The role of Overseas Marketing Manager for 2D Anime Games focuses on driving global issuance strategies for products targeting regions like Europe, America, Korea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. It involves leading full-cycle market promotion from inception to updates, building brand image tailored to regional anime communities, and integrating diverse marketing resources for comprehensive campaigns. This position requires deep user insights and execution of strategies to enhance product positioning and engagement.

1.制定营销策略:参与制定产品的全球发行策略。负责目标区域从0到1的全程市场宣发工作,包括产品测试、预约、上线、版本更新等关键节点的计划制定与落地执行;
2.品牌建设与用户洞察:构建产品品牌形象,深挖不同区域二次元圈层用户的核心诉求与文化特点,协助完成产品定位、品牌策略的产出,并制定针对性的市场推广方案;
3.整合营销资源:整合内外部资源,统筹包括线上广告、社交媒体、内容营销、KOL/Vtuber合作、线下地标广告、异业合作、社群运营在内的全方位营销活动,并对项目进度和最终效果负责。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate marketing strategies: Participate in developing global product issuance strategies. Lead full-cycle market promotion in target regions from 0 to 1, including planning and execution for key nodes such as product testing, pre-registration, launch, and version updates.
  • Brand building and user insights: Construct product brand image, deeply analyze core demands and cultural characteristics of anime user communities in different regions, assist in producing product positioning and brand strategies, and develop targeted market promotion plans.
  • Integrate marketing resources: Coordinate internal and external resources to manage comprehensive marketing activities, including online advertising, social media, content marketing, KOL/Vtuber collaborations, offline landmark ads, cross-industry partnerships, and community operations, while being accountable for project progress and final outcomes.
