Job Responsibilities
1.负责全新内容型产品市场营销工作,包括创意Campaign策划与落地;
 2.负责用户增长工作,包括内容渠道策略制定、落地与迭代,实现数据增长
3.负责KOL内容营销的策划、创意设计、执行落地;

岗位要求
1. 3-5年游戏营销工作经验,核心需要有内容渠道发行经验,熟悉抖音、B站等内容渠道上做用户增长; 
2. 热爱游戏,沙盒、SOC品类游戏爱好者加分; 
3. 市场触觉敏锐,喜欢创意,能够快速抓住游戏用户偏好,对游戏内容生态有较深理解 ;
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力,善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作。

  • Responsible for marketing of new content-type products, including planning and execution of creative campaigns
  • Responsible for user growth work, including formulation, implementation, and iteration of content channel strategies to achieve data growth
  • Responsible for planning, creative design, and execution of KOL content marketing

✅ Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of game marketing experience, with core experience in content channel publishing
  • Familiar with user growth on content channels such as Douyin and Bilibili

  • Passion for games, especially sandbox and SOC category games
