负责设计美术资源规范，确保项⽬的美术资产按照规范执⾏；
和美术及引擎程序⼀起解决⼯具引擎⽇常使⽤过程中出现的各种问题;
发现美术pipeline中出现的问题，开发⼯具提⾼美术⼯作流效率;
和美术及引擎程序⼀起研发新⼯具和游戏引擎的新特性，开发范例⼯程，技术推⼴应⽤；
Work Location: China-Shanghai | China-Beijing | China-Shenzhen
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop tools for game scene production editing and auxiliary scene generation
- Develop tools for game scene performance optimization and effect optimization
- Design art resource specifications to ensure project art assets follow standards
- Collaborate with art and engine programmers to solve various issues in daily tool and engine usage
- Identify problems in the art pipeline and develop tools to improve art workflow efficiency
- Work with art and engine teams to research and develop new tools and game engine features, create example projects, and promote technical applications

Salary
300,000 - 600,000 CNY / yearly
