2.负责游戏美术项目管理工作，包含梳理需求、制定计划、推动进度及验收效果的全流程管理，确保项目有序推进；
3.负责组织管线各阶段规划、评审、交付、分析总结、汇报等会议，过程跟进与落地，确保管线目标达成；
4.优化管线管理方式及时发现并跟踪解决项目问题，有效管理项目风险，及时发现问题并解决；
5.负责组织管线各阶段规划、评审、交付、分析总结、汇报等会议，过程跟进与落地，确保管线目标达成；
6.跟进、协调及刷新项目需求状态，保证管线按计划正常推进完成。

- Fully understand objectives, manage goals and expectations, coordinate internal and external resources, conduct risk forecasting and resolution, and make decisions on priorities and solutions.
- Responsible for game art project management, including requirement sorting, plan formulation, progress promotion, and effect acceptance for full-process management to ensure orderly project advancement.
- Organize planning, review, delivery, analysis summary, and reporting meetings for each stage of the pipeline, follow up on processes and implementation to ensure pipeline goals are achieved.
- Optimize pipeline management methods to timely discover and track resolution of project issues, effectively manage project risks, and promptly identify and solve problems.
- Follow up, coordinate, and update project requirement status to ensure the pipeline advances and completes normally according to plan.
