2.负责游戏内商业化系统的迭代与拓展设计，积极探寻新的收入增长机会，拓展新的付费道具类型与内容主题；
3.追踪商业化指标数据，深入分析数据表现并洞察机会和问题，制定应对策略和落地方案；
4.积极与内外部合作方团队展开协作，在商业化层面深度合作，提升产品的变现能力。

- Plan commercialization content sales and revenue enhancement for Valorant Mobile, formulate short- and medium-term plans based on project goals, and drive implementation to achieve targets.
- Iterate and expand in-game commercialization systems, actively explore new revenue growth opportunities, and develop new paid item types and content themes.
- Track commercialization metrics, deeply analyze performance data to identify opportunities and issues, and formulate response strategies and implementation plans.
- Collaborate actively with internal and external teams on commercialization, deepen cooperation to improve product monetization capabilities.
