1.数据体系构建：负责搭建并持续优化《和平精英》的媒介效果度量衡体系。定义关键数据指标（如品牌提升、用户触达、转化效率等），建立科学的监控、归因与评估模型，为媒介投放提供精准的策略指导；
2.人群洞察与触达：主导与技术、数据团队的深度合作，推动一方/三方数据工具（如RTA、云图人群包等）在媒介投放中的落地应用。通过数据挖掘与分析，产出深刻的用户与渠道洞察，驱动人群定向策略的持续迭代；
3.科学化实验：设计并执行媒介投放的测试框架，对不同渠道、素材、定向方式进行科学评估。通过严谨的数据分析，量化各项投放动作的ROI，产出可执行的优化洞察，沉淀为团队的方法论；
4.商业决策支持：定期撰写多维度、深度的媒介效果分析报告，将复杂数据转化为清晰的商业洞察，为版本、节点、商业化等关键战役的资源配置和策略调整提供强有力的数据决策支持。

- Build and continuously optimize the media effectiveness measurement system for Peace Elite, defining key data indicators such as brand uplift, user reach, and conversion efficiency, and establishing scientific monitoring, attribution, and evaluation models to provide precise strategic guidance for media placements.
- Lead deep collaboration with technical and data teams to promote the implementation of first-party/third-party data tools (such as RTA, cloud map audience packages) in media placements; conduct data mining and analysis to produce profound user and channel insights, driving continuous iteration of audience targeting strategies.
- Design and execute testing frameworks for media placements, scientifically evaluating different channels, creatives, and targeting methods; through rigorous data analysis, quantify ROI for various placement actions, produce actionable optimization insights, and accumulate them as team methodologies.
- Regularly write multi-dimensional, in-depth media effectiveness analysis reports, transforming complex data into clear business insights, providing strong data decision support for resource allocation and strategy adjustments in key campaigns such as versions, events, and commercialization.
