4，制定三方生态作者长线运营策略，动态调优激励政策，培育头部kol。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for operating the official Peace Elite Metro Escape events account and third-party ecosystem operations.
- Plan high-quality PGC column content for the official account, responsible for creating viral videos and building fan loyalty.
- Agilely develop promotional plans and topic selections based on Metro Escape event milestones, including secondary distribution, clipping, and topic creation.
