1.参与商业化领域的多模态基础大模型的研发,包含领域数据挖掘、模型结构设计和训练机制优化等;
2.将商业化领域的多模态大模型应用于用户/内容/广告/商品理解、个性化内容生成、广告搜推等业务领域,提升业务效果;
3.跟踪前沿算法研究(如预训练、后训练、强化学习、持续学习、理解&生成统一模型、图像/视频生成等),在商业化场景进行技术验证与落地。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the research and development of multimodal foundational large models in the commercialization field, including domain data mining, model structure design, and training mechanism optimization.
  • Apply multimodal large models in the commercialization field to user/content/ad/commodity understanding, personalized content generation, ad search and recommendation, and other business areas to improve business outcomes.
  • Track frontier algorithm research (such as pre-training, post-training, reinforcement learning, continual learning, unified understanding & generation models, image/video generation, etc.), and conduct technical validation and implementation in commercialization scenarios.
