3.持续研究数据，关注用户的参与行为和留存情况，以长线经营的思路设计用户的留存活跃系统；
4.能够在团队中发挥横向作用，传授经验，为团队提供创新的设计理念和指导。

- Responsible for the overall framework design of the All-People Arena system, satisfying the competitive gameplay needs and honor pursuits of different types of Peace Elite players
- Continuously research data, focus on user participation behavior and retention, and design user retention and activity systems with a long-term operation mindset
- Able to play a cross-functional role in the team, impart experience, and provide innovative design concepts and guidance to the team
