- Responsible for Tencent's rack and space resource supply delivery solutions and supply assurance, ensuring business demand service levels.
- Optimize rack and space construction SLA.
- Responsible for delivery-related business processes, peripheral coordination, and system optimization to improve overall supply efficiency.
- Assist in end-to-end inventory management for rack positions, reducing operational costs through optimizing inventory structure and improving key indicators like turnover rate.
