1.积极参与投后合作运营的体系化搭建，不断探索为被投公司提供更有价值的投后支持方式；
2.建立腾讯和被投公司之间的合作界面，帮助被投公司之间以及被投公司与腾讯业务团队之间建立良性合作关系，促进被投公司业务发展；
3.搭建合作运营网络，并长期维护和发展，探索创造新内容、新模式，挖掘资源，促进被投企业之间的交流与合作，形式包括但不限于企业家沙龙、研讨会、网络研讨等；
4.负责策划、组织和执行各种合作运营活动，担任PM，包括活动的策划和执行、项目管理，包括活动主题的确定、场地选择、预算控制、活动设计、活动宣传、现场管理、危机管理、供应商管理和活动后续评估，确保活动顺利进行并达到预期效果；
5.邀请和储备内外部专家、嘉宾，搭建专家库，维护与被投公司、行业专家、同业等之间的良好关系。

- Establish cooperation interfaces between Tencent and invested companies, help build positive collaboration relationships between invested companies and between invested companies and Tencent business teams, and promote the business development of invested companies.
- Build a collaboration operations network, maintain and develop it long-term, explore and create new content and models, tap resources, promote exchange and cooperation among invested enterprises, in forms including but not limited to entrepreneur salons, seminars, and online seminars.
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various collaboration operations activities, serving as PM, including activity planning and execution, project management, including determining activity themes, venue selection, budget control, activity design, activity promotion, on-site management, crisis management, supplier management, and post-activity evaluation to ensure smooth activity execution and achievement of expected results.
- Invite and reserve internal and external experts and guests, build an expert database, and maintain good relationships with invested companies, industry experts, and peers.
