🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall algorithm technology in WeChat Search's search recommendation and post-search push direction, serving as the direction owner.
- Continuously improve product effectiveness through technical optimization, increase product usage rate, and achieve business goals.
- Work content includes but is not limited to technical planning, case analysis, data mining, feature engineering, model development, recall strategies, and ranking strategies to ensure the effectiveness and innovation of algorithms.
