2.负责参与主导项目的创意设计构思，为项目提供视觉设计方案，并推动方案的落地实施，跟进后续效果；
3.负责沉淀梳理视觉设计资产和规范，提升平台视觉输出品质和效率；
4.负责参与设计经验沉淀和分享、推动提升团队专业能力。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 负责游戏AI相关工具产品宣发和创意设计支持工作，根据产品定位、业务需求、市场趋势、用户诉求等制定品牌&运营设计方案
- 负责参与主导项目的创意设计构思，为项目提供视觉设计方案，并推动方案的落地实施，跟进后续效果
- 负责沉淀梳理视觉设计资产和规范，提升平台视觉输出品质和效率
- 负责参与设计经验沉淀和分享、推动提升团队专业能力
