📋 Job Overview

The core of this position is to deeply understand users, particularly casual game players, and drive product decisions and user experience improvements. As a User Research Expert in Tencent Games' casual games division, you will lead independent research projects, convert insights into actionable recommendations, provide strategic support through competitor analysis, and empower cross-functional teams to foster a user-centered culture. This role focuses on qualitative and quantitative methods to enhance casual game design, market positioning, and operations.

1.独立研究:主导用户研究全流程,包括需求分析、方案设计(定性/定量)、执行(深度访谈、可用性测试、问卷调查等)、数据分析和报告撰写;
2.洞察转化:深度挖掘不同用户圈层(如新兴市场玩家)的行为模式与需求变化,为休闲游戏的产品设计、市场定位和运营策略提供可落地的洞察与建议;
3.战略支持:开展竞品用户体验分析、品类趋势研究,为公司的休闲游戏战略提供决策支持;
4.赋能团队:向产品、设计、运营等团队普及用户研究方法,推动建立“以用户为中心”的产品文化。

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Independently lead the full user research process, including needs analysis, scheme design (qualitative/quantitative), execution (in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.), data analysis, and report writing
  • Deeply mine behavioral patterns and demand changes across different user segments (e.g., emerging market players) to provide actionable insights and suggestions for casual game product design, market positioning, and operational strategies
  • Conduct competitor user experience analysis and category trend research to provide decision support for the company's casual game strategy
  • Educate product, design, and operations teams on user research methods, promoting a 'user-centered' product culture

  • Skills in data analysis and report writing
