2.根据产品特性、用户喜好、内容平台、行业发展趋势等、与MCN、KOL等合作，构建完整内容生态体系，为作者数量、内容流量增长、结构健康度负责；
3.跟进内容生态工具调整优化，对生态各维度数据进行长期分析并提供优化策略；
4.把控生态作者内容，做到质量可控可靠、且配合游戏需求统一内容声量；并与内容平台、MCN、作者、主播等保持良好的合作关系；
5.与各渠道、平台资源合作，挖掘、培养更多和平优质作者。
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with market, copyright, live streaming, and other partners to conduct specialized operations for Peace Elite's content ecosystem, including planning overall strategies, formulating management, support, and related policies, and ensuring their implementation.
- Based on product features, user preferences, content platforms, and industry trends, partner with MCN and KOLs to build a complete content ecosystem, taking responsibility for author quantity, content traffic growth, and structural health.
- Follow up on adjustments and optimizations to content ecosystem tools, conduct long-term analysis of data across ecosystem dimensions, and provide optimization strategies.
- Control the content of ecosystem authors to ensure quality is controllable and reliable, align with game requirements for unified content voice, and maintain good cooperative relationships with content platforms, MCN, authors, streamers, and others.
- Cooperate with various channels and platform resources to discover and cultivate more high-quality Peace Elite authors.
